Sampling and Production

of each and every step. We have an international standardized
production process in our state-of-the-art factories.

We ensure maximum efficiency in every aspect of the production starting from
planning and inspect closely at every step of the processes to guarantee the best
quality in our final products.

processes smoothly.

Our research and development designers and embroidery department that is up
to date and source the latest fabrics and come up with new trends, inspirations
and techniques to produce the most exquisite mockups and garments.

Material procurement

All materials are procured from trusted, certified and well-known suppliers. 

Our Gurgaon and South of India offices are in charge of the sourcing and development of all the fabrics, including dying and printing. Our team makes sure that the sampling and production fabric metrage fulfills all the high quality standards of weaving and dying. 

Our team manages sourcing and development of all the required trims like labels, garment accessories and finishing materials.

Pattern making

With the highest attention to our client’s measurements. We have a team of pattern masters that with the highest precision work on creating, editing and grading patterns manually and on CAD.
 
We are equipped with a completely automated pattern making infrastructure comprised of digitizers and plotters with automatic cutters. The CAD masters provide their feedback regarding any waste of fabric and inefficiencies in the pattern.

Cutting

In order to make perfect garments we make sure that the cutting is done with utmost care and precision. We have a dedicated team of cutting masters that carry immense experience and expertise in how to cut different kinds of fabrics. 

With the support of a fully equipped department with layer cutting machines, roll cutting machines, fusing machines, cutting tables and the help of CAD software we are able to optimize time and minimize waste.

Stitching

The stitching division comprises the sampling and production departments. Both departments have highly specialized tailors with more than 20 years’ experience and are particularly skilled in sewing intricate pieces. The sampling department houses over 50 single needle stitching machines and the production department over 350.
 
Each department is fully integrated and operational with a wide range of international standards machinery including digital sewing machines, overlock machines, flat lock machines, chain stitch machines, buttoning machines and button hole machines.

Washing/Dry cleaning

Our in-house washing unit is well equipped and automated with state-of-the-art high efficiency washing machines, tumblers, hydro, and dry cleaning machines which uses zero water input to provide stain free garments, as well as steam boilers for steam presses. 

The washing department handles as well special washes like softener wash and enzyme wash. We outsource and supervise special washes like, acid wash, tie dye, garment dying, sand blasting and more.

Finishing

Our finishing department ensures the customer, the best product with immaculate quality. This division has trained employees and quality supervisors whom with the help of latest machinery such as: steam pressers with boilers, stain guns, gsm measuring, scales, cutters, color machine checker, needle detector, are able to give flawless products. The finishing process comprises a variety of activities such as: thread cutting, remove stains, pressing, measurements check.

Quality checking and final inspection

All products with no exceptions go through rigorous quality checks at every stage of sourcing, development, sampling, pre-production, production and finishing. Our highly skilled team has more that 25 years of experience. Their precision focused minds, check each and every garment with thorough detail. We have multiple quality control check points in our finishing department and the most trained eyes to catch any disparities in the garment. We make sure every piece goes through needle detector machine to ensure no broken needle is stuck in the garment before it is packed.

Packing

After all the finished pieces have passed the final inspection they go for packing. The packing process includes attachment of style/price stickers, hangers, finishing accessories according to the buyer requirements. After each and every piece has been packed they are packed size wise and style wise in their respective boxes.
